Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic noted in article about challenge to EPA rule
An article in law360.com makes note of the work of the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic and its contribution on behalf of conservation groups that are asking the court to review the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rule exempting certain water transfers from Clean Water Act permitting requirements. Professor Daniel Estrin, supervising attorney, and Professor Karl Coplan, co-director of the Clinic, are named in the article.
The Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic is an environmental law practice that represents public interest groups, primarily the Riverkeeper, Inc., one of the parties in this motion. Pace Law students work under the supervision of experienced attorneys.
