Wall Street Journal and other news outlets reporting on action taken by Pace Law professors
Multiple news sources are reporting on recent legal action taken by Pace Law Professor Randolph McLaughlin and adjunct Professor Debra Cohen. McLaughlin and Cohen have called for monitors to oversee New York City police officers and the manner in which they handle cases involving mentally ill persons.
A Manhattan law firm, of which Professor McLaughlin is of counsel, is currently representing families in three separate cases in the New York area where police have responded to calls requesting aid that has resulted in the officers shooting and killing the persons they were called to assist.
