“Energy Wire” reports on joint project with Yale that addresses impact of fracking
The industry newsletter “Energy Wire” reported on a joint project of Pace Law School’s Land Use Law Center and the Yale Center for Environmental Law & Policy that is designed to help communities address the negative impact of fracking while also reaping the economic benefits.
Professor John N0lon, the founder of the Land Use Law Center, is quoted as saying: “It appears that fracking is going to be going forward in most states, and in most states there are a lot of impacts of fracking that are not going to be regulated by the state agency or the federal government. So those are impacts that local governments are going to feel.”
