Prof. Robert Kennedy discusses the dangers of “fracking”

NewsLook, an on-line video news source, posted an interview this week with Pace Law Professor Robert Kennedy discussing the hazards of “fracking.” Fracking, or hydraulic fracturing, is a controversial method of extracting oil and natural gas from rock.

“The perils of fracking are much greater than anyone ever imagined,” Prof. Kennedy says, adding, “We are finding out the impact on global warming could be even more than coal.”

A professor of environmental law at Pace Law School and the Co-Director of the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, Prof. Kennedy was interviewed during an event sponsored by Commit!Forum.
